My name is Theresa Strasser and I am interested in bringing people closer to nature and to themselves. Specifically, this means that I work with groups on the mountain pasture on the subject of meaning in work. Up there, people experience the beauty, simplicity and tranquillity of nature. They get closer to themselves and to other people and learn to orient themselves towards what is their own.

The basic elements in each workshop are: Physical exercise, mindfulness practice, movement in stillness and music, different types of communication and feedback. In the workshops, we deepen our awareness of different areas of the body and use the language of the body for different communication formats.

You feel chronic pain or difficulties in your body for a longer period?  You feel tired from your all day life? You don´t know exactly what for you should stand up for every day? You kind of lost the sense for this period of life? Your feeling of yourself and who you are  is getting less?

This seminar is used to thrive you back into your body language. Your language of the body has a whole experience of life within. This wisdom is within yourself. In the seminar we connect to our own rhythm of life. It is a practice where you get to know yourself through moving your body.

I am Theresa – an adventurous and nature-loving coach, trainer and aspiring psychotherapist with over six years of professional experience in guiding young adults through challenging times. As an expert in finding meaning and inner growth, I know what crises can feel like – and how to emerge stronger from them. Through my holistically orientated and professional support, participants experience inner stability, new perspectives and the strength to face challenges with confidence. In my workshops, you will experience a relaxed, open atmosphere in which you can simply be yourself – without any demands. Experiencing body awareness in a new way: Theresa Strasser's ‘Movement Meditation’ gave me a profound experience that changed my view of non-verbal forms of expression for good. Her calm presence and the special atmosphere of the room created a protected setting in which I was able to fully engage in the exercise.
